Why is it I only loose weight if I eat salads/green foods?

I keep my calorie intake at 1500 cals a day, the first month it went amazing. Lost inches and weight. But now, i can't seem to loose any weight. Sometimes i eat a slice of pizza, or have french fires but i always keep my calories at 1500. if i eat these "bad" foods i gain weight over night.

Do i have to completely deprive my self in order to keep loosing weight/inches?

Those foods are high in carbs. Carbs turns into sugar. Watch your sugar, carbs, and sodium intake.

This same thing happens to me I feel like I have to remain on rabbit food to not gain weight. :(
