Okay so I'm currently 89.5 kgs and my aim is to reach 80kgs in 2 months time. I do 15 Mins of treadmill (avg 10 speed), 10mins of cycling followed by 5 mins of skipping (rope jumping) everyday. After that I do 1hr of weight training (single body pary) 5 days a week. Would this schedule help me lose weight.
P.S
I do follow a diet, but mostly I tend to binge eat once or twice a week max.
