Your period and loosing weight...

so i know that when us ladies are on our periods we gain extra water weight.. that is correct right?  is there anything that i can do to help reduce how much i gain.. maybe drink more water? i should be coming on it next week so im thinking this week is the week i will gain the weight... ive been stuck at 228 for about a week now and im pretty sure that is why..

I've never been able to control it where I would like but you can try water with lemon and I believe Midol has a product that helps with the bloating and water retention.  Exercise helps and reducing your sodium intake.  I'm just resigned to it and looking forward to getting to the other side of my peri-menopausal journey!
