abnormally large stomach?

I gave birth a little over 5 years ago, and since then i have gained a lot of weight. I was always heavy, however my body was proportionate. As i gained weight it seemed that it all went to my stomach and my arms and legs stayed the same. I have also suffered from chronic constipation sonce i was a child and it has gotten alot worse as i got older. I am now 20 years old and feel very self conscious about my body. Does this look normal?
