Acai berry is an actual berry and not a product, although it is being added to certain supplements. All of these exotic and up until recently, unheard of fruits are not miracle weight loss products as they're being advertised as being. You can buy acai berries and acai berry powder from health food stores and vitamin shops, but really it won't have any effect on your weight. Acai berries are good for you and have lots of antioxidants, but so do any other berries! It's a lot cheaper and more beneficial to get a wide variety of fruits in your diet rather than one singular variety. Acai berry products are very expensive so if you have that kind of extra money to spend, it would be better spent towards buying organic standard berries since they tend to have high pesticide loads (especially strawberries)

Just remember, there is no magic bullet when it comes to weight loss. Don't believe all the hype with these alleged "miracle weight loss" products. Losing weight really just comes down to eating a healthy balanced diet, watching your portions and calories, and living a more active lifestyle.

Second what StarryNight23 said................ There are no "magic bullets"; unless you consider eating healthy with "moderate" exercise, which MIGHT take some time, but then it probably took some time to gain the weight, unless you have a medical condition that you should be getting meds for.

Do not waste your money like I did. Acai berry doesn't work! I repeat, it does not work!!! Even with the colon cleanse they want you to use with it Just seems to be a get rich scam for these companies. I have tried it and have failed to lose a pound. And don't even think about using Alli. The only good thing about Alli is the meal planning and the calorie info they give you. I did not lose any weight from taking it. Also had no bad side affects which only happens if you eat fatty foods. So that was some more money wasted. I wish you luck.
