Yuor doing great with everything. Keep it up. If you don't see results soon you might need to up your calories. I know this is a little scary to do but see what happens. I'm a little (lot) impatient also. You work so hard and you want to see it pay off. I understand. It will! One week for me is good and the next not. Our bodies seem to have a mind of their own sometimes.

You may have cut your calories a little to much. Drink water, water, water and make sure to try and stay away from processed foods. Get plenty of fruits and veggies, complex  carbs,  good fats and lean meats.

What kink of food are you eating and what kind of exercise are you doing? Also how tall are you? This might help us figure out what's going on. Do you keep a food journal?

Don't stop exercising. You're doing yourself a favor even if you don't lose a lot of weight right away. If you can be diligent about exercise you can be diligent with everything else you need to do. And it will work! One day you'll wake up and a pound will be gone. This just happened to me last week, so I know! lol

Get back to us and keep up the good work!
