woot! First off, Congratulations! Did you have a boy or a girl? Also, good luck on your weight loss goal!

I'm sorta doing the same thing. the new year hasn't been the best to me, I've been hovering around the same numbers for a while, and so I decided that for Lent (a Catholic tradition), I would eat healthy and work out often. The only thing I've succeeded in this is eating healthy. haha I need to start working out though. But, as of today, I've lost 3 pounds in roughly two week.
It's amazing how many things aren't healthy for you when you have to analyze them! That's probably what has helped me the most. The way I'm basing it is, If I can't tell what is in it, without the help of a biology major to explain things to me, then I don't want it. lol But with nutrisystem, I believe it's all set up for you. Just be careful when you come off of it. Make sure you keep eating the same healthy foods, otherwise it may possibly have a counter effect.

I can't wait to see what happens when I start working out more. All I'm doing right now is a running class two times a week, and a yoga class once a week. So far, that's pretty helpful.

Add in a bit of exercise, and your goal should be fairly close! Do you walk/jog? We even have some of those old (really, OLD) aerobic tapes. Those are funny to watch, but do help.

Best of luck to you!
