arms

Uh, its me again.One question keeps bothering me from a while.
I see many people who lost weight but their upper arm stayed big and became flabby.
How is possible to avoid that?It looks horrid. Skinny body than big flabby arm.
Any advice?
I already use 1kg weight to workout 10 mins everyday with them, guess might not be enough?

I cant go to the gym:(
First, I cant afford it now, second I tried it last year and it just totally couldnt get me.Maybe because I went alone, but I found it so extremly boring. Weight rooms was also alway full with only muscled typd mans..

Lifting much heavier weights at least 5kg doing triceps biceps and shoulders. Doing body weight exercises like chin ups and close arm press-ups all will help. Builds muscle and speeds up metabolism for added weight loss
