can't loose the weight

Im not much of an eater but yet I can't keep the pounds off, what am I doing wrong????

Make the volume of what you eat fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid or minimize too much red meat and processed foods. Exercise daily if you can.

Not all calories are created equal.  Make sure you're eating healthy food and not high calorie snacks, like chips, sodas, etc.  Even if you don't eat a lot of those, the calories tend to pile up.

Try eating 4 or 5 small meals a day...
