Do you by any chance have a thyroid condition?
When you're craving sweets, try to go for fruit, instead of candy or pastries, etc. When you crave carbs, opt for an apple or a pear, which both have lots of fiber to fill you up, and because they are pretty sweet, they should help curb the craving for sweets, as well. Usually, if you crave salty foods, you really need to water.
Fiber and protein are the "fill you up" options to go to; and don't forget the "good" fats, such as those found in olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, etc.
Well i will be drinking lemon water, soymilk, and I crave cards and sweets. I am trying to find healthy alternatives. We live a semi vegan lifestyle in my house. We only eat organic Anne kosher foods too.
What else are you eating besides the raw veggies 3-4 times/week? What types of things are you craving?
