go to settings, activity settings, activity levels & goals, then fill out the info and the program will let you know how many calories etc you need to make that goal based on your current height, weight, and exercise level. Just make sure you have a realistic time date listed (when the date first sets it does it for about 2 months from the day you set up your profile, and depending on how much you want to lose this could be unrealistic and could be why its showing negetive).
