Sweetie ~ With all due respect to your question, can't recommend any diet pill.  The only true way to lose weight is through better nutritional choices, moderate exercise and the support of those of us on this site.  Making a lifestyle change in this manner and surrounding yourself with positive motivation can lead to your success if you are willing  to put in the effort.  YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!  Here to help ... if you wish ...

I totally agree with Ranaesheart.

There is no diet pill that will "work" with your BP meds. In fact, the diet pill will more than likely cause your hypertension to worsen.

Google diet pills and read about ALL the side effects......pretty scary stuff!

I too, totally agree.  If you'd like, join this community and we can all share some ideas and support with you.

There is no quick or easy fix.  We'd all love to think so, but there simply is not.
