okai so i have a big butt and a tiny waist a huge hips and i would say big thigh's for my body, Just wondering what i can do to shape it down so it looks normal with my waist size! thanks :)
I've always wanted big hips! Instead, I was "blessed" with a big stomach, no hips, and an annoyingly small butt. However, exercising really hard has made my butt bigger and has helped keep my body in proportion.

Hello, might be a little late on this topic however i am a personal trainer and well there is good news and bad news about this topic.
Bad news is that weight does not come on or go off were we wish it to. Everyone is different and you can not lose or gain weight in the areas you wish. That being said there is a way you can get a round and well developed booty. There are weight exercises that will make a beautiful butt for anyone that works for it.
Squats. This can be used with or without the aid of a bench or chair so you dont have to worry about getting down and not getting back up.
Stiff legged Deadlifts. Keep a slight bend in your knees. Feet together, practice this without weight as it takes a bit to get the proper form down. When you bend down to do the exercise you will stick your butt out and you should also feel the muscles in the back of your legs as you do this exercise.
Lying Leg curls (machine) Very good exercise to work the backside. Just dont lift too heavy. Not everyone has access to this machine.
Yes i know about all of the Yoga type of exercises and all of that but lets remember that we are building butts, not trimming our figure. (This is for building butts only).
The result of these exercises will give you a rounder, tighter and yes, bigger butt.
10-12 reps nice and slow
3-4 sets weights, depending on comfort level.
Can actually be done daily but dont overtrain you you will just have a sore backside.

you know, I am laughing reading this but not in a bad way. I have been dieting and working out in a major way to lose weight. The weight is coming off really slow, but my body is transforming in ways that surprise me. I am still fat, which I hate saying but it motivates me to keep going.
Here is where I giggled...I have a better, more rounder butt since I started working out. There is no diet that did this for me, it was the machines I use to work out with that are making it more muscular. So I guess to answer your question, Id say there is no diet, but there are lots of work out exercises that can give your butt a lift and rounder appearance. talk to the trainers at the gym, they will help you find the ones you are looking for.
