I'm very sorry to hear about your multiple accidents... sounds very painful.
Again, though - due to the nature of your injuries, it's impossible for us to tell you what type of exercises you can/should be doing... you really need to get your doctor to send you to physical therapy to help get you back on your feet, so you can start moving around, instead of being stuck in bed.
There are, actually, bed exercises that can be done, but not being a physical therapist, I can't tell you that it's safe for you to do them. IMO, you should insist that your doctor send you to physical therapy.
In regards to your thyroid hormones... your dosage most likely needs to be increased, since high cholesterol and high blood pressure are both symptoms of hypothyroidism, as is inability to lose weight, along with body/muscle aches/pains. If you'd like to post your most current thyroid hormone levels, I'd be happy to help assess them for you, as I'm quite experienced in that field, since I have hypothyroidism, myself and I'm also a community leader on the Thyroid Disorders forum.

They say that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise, so you may have to go about your weight loss via your diet, mostly. Healthy food with reduced calories. I, personally, find that the less bread and bread type products, such as pizza, pancakes, etc I eat, the weight I lose.
Your post is somewhat hard to understand and I don't know if you broke your ankle in 3 places, then ripped it off (not sure what "ripping it off" means) i.e did you have more than one accident? I also don't know how long you've been dealing with these injuries, but this would be something you'd have to address with your doctor, since we don't know the extent of your injuries and anything we tell you to try could cause further injury.
I'd suggest you talk to your doctor about getting some physical therapy to try to get back on your feet.
Fibromyalgia symptoms are often caused by low thyroid hormone levels so if you haven't had those tested ask your doctor to test Free T3, Free T4 and TSH, along with thyroid antibody levels, Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOab) and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAb) to determine if you have an autoimmune thyroid disease.
