Start slowly, it's easier to keep up with it! Make a starting point based off of where you personally are with everything. For example, monitor your water intake. Make sure you are drinking 8-10 glasses per day. After that becomes second nature, make a fast food or junk food "limit". Like only going a certain amount of times in a 7 day period. It's like climbing a ladder. Just take steps and eventually you'll get to the top.
