I have a hypermobility (loose joints) cant do a lot of exercise without being in pain for weeks but if anyone can suggest a exercise or workout I would be gratefull
Not diabetic just put in weight due to having kids
I responded on your other thread, as well. Do you have diabetes?
If you're eating less than 1000 calories/day you aren't eating enough and your body is most like in survival mode, because you aren't providing enough calories. When the body goes into survival mode, it holds onto existing fat stores, because it knows there isn't enough coming in.
Are you over weight?? You may need to get your diabetes check...if not you may have to change/increase your exercise
