You already  weigh in your range, for your height. You should focus more on toning and inches. Use measuring tape instead of the scale as much.

Even little things like switching to skim milk or eating ground turkey instead of beef. Try and avoid pop, I notice when I start drinking more of it even for a short period of time I start packing on a few lbs.

Eat healthy, try to eat fruit and veg 5 times a day, and eat about 4-5  portions, eat less but more often. Don't eat fruit about 4 Hours before you go to bed because it will stay as sugar and it will be hard to burn. Try to eat your last meal about 2-3 Hours before you go to sleep. Exercising will help a lot so if you have any are that you want to burn fat from just put in YouTube that part of body and workout, if you just want to burn fat from your whole body then put in Cardio workout. Try to exercise for at lease 30 minutes a day. Say no to junk food, fizzy drinks and sweets. Drink plenty of water and green tea without sugar or milk helps to burn calories. I'm also 14, if you follow these steps you're gonna drop that weight healthy :) Im also sure that with that height you should weigh about 142 lbs so it's not gonna be that hard, good luck!
