I agree with the previous post. Losing weight is not easy. It takes a lot of self discipline and determination. You should cut down or avoid too much red meat, processed food, carbonated drinks and any alcoholic drinks. Try and replace them with fresh fruits and veggies. Plus remember to always drink a lot of water.
For exercise, variation on the form of exercise that you do daily will be beneficial for your weight loss as doing the same exercise everyday can get the body used to the activity so you will no longer burn as much fat.
If you can have a weight loss buddy, that will be great as you both can keep each other motivated.
