DInner - i dont eat a meal. ive been used to skipping dinner or doing the aftersix diet.
if ever i eat on dinner time, it would be fruits/veggies or boiled egg.
Im a cheater. i love junk food. so i cant get rid of not taking one junk food a day. and it
doesnt matter to me what time of the day i will eat it.

my target weight for my height ( i stand 5'5 tall ) is 13lbs.

In looking at your profile, I was not able to determine your current weight ~ so .... if you have a lot of weight to lose, losing 10 pounds in a month is an easier task than if you have 10-20 pounds to lose.
That said, here is the science behind losing 10 pounds. For each pound you wish to lose, you must create a calorie deficit of 3,500 calories. So, I would suggest you accomplish this by cutting down your calories somewhat and increasing your exercise. Burning calories during exercise burns calories, which can be used towards your total deficit.
Be sure to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and I would suggest 3 snacks as well. This keeps your metabolism working throughout the day. Exercise does the same thing and should be done by varying your exercise from day to day. Our bodies are remarkable and adapt quickly so in changing your exercises each day, the exercise provides us with the greatest benefits.
Try to eat foods in their simplest form and in moderation. You may want to select more proteins and fewer starches and let those starches be complex carbohydrates .. whole grains. Eating fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables offer you the natural foods without a lot of added sugars.
Hope you'll stay involved in this community as the members here are absolutely Awesome!!! They have much knowledge to share and are great for support and motivation!
Please consider starting your weight and exercise trackers as they will help you stay focused and track your progress!
Very best wishes ..
