how do i do this..

So I just had a baby 5 weeks ago and I'm trying to get back into shape. I'm 76kg being roughly 6-8kg to get back to my pregnancy weight, I wasn't really active in my pregnancy due to sickness!. I am drinking protein shakes and eating okish.. I just need ideas for meals.. I am a vegetarian and I'm finding it hard to find dome really yummy filling meals.. help.. plus any extra tips for weight loss would be Lovely :)

I would say to go to your family doctor and ask him or her what you
should eat, if you should take anything or eat anything to help regain
your strength. You only had your baby 5 weeks ago, you said. Enjoy
your baby and as far as losing weight, I would suggest doing it gradually,
but going to your doctor who knows your health needs best, is my advice.
