I have actually lost alot in my face as of recent, not that I had alot around my face to start with.
I'll put a brief description of a way that you could do it, but it is hard for some people.
Ok my body type is ectomorph, if you don't know what that is i'll also put a brief description of that here.
Ectomorph - Thin person usually, has a fast metabolism and harder for this body type to gain muscle than the other two body types, which are known at Mesomorph and Endomorph .
Ok, basicly to lose the fat in your face, you can't do one thing to achieve this, there are a number of factors involved, i'll list a few that will help to aid you in your goal.
1) Perform cardiovascular exercises, in simple terms this would be running/jogging, going on an exercise bike, using a rowing machine, stepping machine, tread mill basicly it's any exercise that can help to burn body fat.
20 minutes should be the minimum you perform, but you have to do what feels right for you, if 20 isn't enough do 30 or 45 or an hour, don't over do it or you may end up losing more muscle than actual body fat.
2) Do weight lifting/resistance type exercises, you need to find a routine/program that will fit what your goal is, you can burn fat and build big muscles, but people often say if you want to build big muscles you need to not do so much cardio.
3) You need to sort your diet out, take out alcohol, sweets, fizzy drinks and basicly anything that contains rubbish.
Good foods are things such as tuna, rice cakes, low starchy foods.
I lost a stone in around a week on a high protein, low carb, low carlorie and low fat diet.
You need to work out the right amounts that your body needs though, so don't go and just consume 10g of fat, 50 carbs and whatever else, you need to work it out properly according to your weight and so on.
4) Always consistently drink water, be it tap water or mineral water, at the end of the day it is still water, one way to measure your amounts is to simply buy a liter bottle of mineral water and keep refilling it up after you finish it, minimum should be 4 1 litre bottles.
Water is also according to my research, a powerful fat loss aid.
Remember to try and follow a good diet, not just for fat loss but for your own health, when your old, you may very well depend on your diet and exercise more than you think.
I lost a stone in a week, but I had a strict diet and did cardio everyday, apart from sunday as it was a rest day.
Doing cardio before you eat is said to be the best time, but I do it when I feel most energetic, doesn't matter when you do it or how you do it. only thing that matters is that you do it. Hope this helps in your goal to remove the fat from your face.
