There is no such thing as "spot-checking" for fat - you burn fat evenly across your body. So the only way to lose fat from around your face is to lose it all over your body. Some people just have full faces, if you are not overweight: don't lose weight just to make your face thinner! This is a good reference for natural weight loss, shows the clinical studies they've done on whether these methods are effective, it's more surprising than you'd think: http://www.rvita.com/conditions/obesity.html
