There really is no healthy way to lose weight "fast". Safe weight loss is 1-2 pounds/week using a healthy diet and moderate exercise.
Can you tell us what kinds of things you've tried that didn't work?
If you eat a lot of sugary snacks, or starchy foods, drink soda, etc. You should stop. Exchange the sugary snack for an apple; exchange the starchy foods vegetables that have a lot of filling fiber; exchange the soda for water, unsweetened tea, etc. Just making those small changes will go a long way toward reaching a goal.
You have to set the goal and decide to do it.
