how to lose weight takin zoloft

I want to know if its humanly possible to lose weight taking zoloft? I have a bladder condition that limits which antidepresent i can take and i am getting really frustrated by the weight gain. I need help!

Hey Kristikins, When I started on Zoloft my Doctor recomended taking it with a B complex Vitamin. I take a time released B-100 everymorning + fish & flaxseed Oil. I also have to exercise at least 4 times a week 30 minutes or more with a Heart rate at fat burn (for me this is around 136). Lots of lean protein & limit fats. I eat alot of Non & lowfat dairy, Chicken, fish & fresh fruit. I have lost 11lb so far & that is while taking the zolft. I know every body is different but this is what seemed to work for me.
