hi, thank you for rendering a helping hand.My actual weight now is 150 pds which is overweight with respect to my height which is 5ft4in.
My aim is to reduce my weight to 130 pds.
Since my work is usually sitting I hardly get time for regular excersise.But now-a-days I have started going for walk at night or whenever I get time.So i feel my diet must be suitable according to my work and physique.
