Most things don't happen as quickly as we'd like; love handles might best be handled with exercise...... you have to put in some effort........

There are foods you can eat that will help target belly fat, but toning exercises will most likely do the most good. You don't say how tall you are, so we don't know if you need to lose weight or just tone up.
Since you have had 3 children, it's possible that what you consider to be "fat" is not fat at all; maybe your stomach has stretched?
Try doing some toning exercises such as sit ups, crunches - how about yoga? That's some of the best exercise you can get; it's also very relaxing!!
When toning i dont think food has alot to do with it,exercise is the key,plenty of sit ups swimming walking,jogging,sit ups will be the most beneficial to flatten the tummy though.
