just started! :0)

I just started this lifestyle change! Today is the day!  I'm very overweight, for a long time I was in denial or didn't want to believe that I had no control of my eating.  That's the past I want me back!!!!  And ima find her. She just hidden under all this fat yelling to be helped.  So I was wondering where to start what's a good meal plan?  Thank y'all and I know I can do this! Undoing this mess I made of my self lol

We don't really design meal plans; you can come up with an easy on your own though, by making sure you stick to lots of veggies, lean protein, low/no fat dairy, whole grain breads, pastas, brown rice, etc.  

You will also need to incorporate some type of exercise.  Make sure you pick something you like to do, and will stick with.  If you haven't been exercising, start off slowly and work up in time and intensity.
