We don't really design meal plans; you can come up with an easy on your own though, by making sure you stick to lots of veggies, lean protein, low/no fat dairy, whole grain breads, pastas, brown rice, etc.
You will also need to incorporate some type of exercise. Make sure you pick something you like to do, and will stick with. If you haven't been exercising, start off slowly and work up in time and intensity.
