loosing weight and injured ankle
Has anyone continued to loose weight without exercising? I have been walking every single day and keeping my calories at 1300 a day for several months during which I lost 25 lbs. I just want to loose one more lb to be at my ideal wt. (108 lbs.) Now that somehow my ankle is injured I have to rest it until it heals. I have no idea how it got injured but I am so afraid that I'll start gaining weight without my daily walks.
