i been always worried about my weight since i was 10 years old. i am 15 years old now and i weight 55 kilos and i am quite short for my age.
in my school all girls are so skinny and i want to be like them. i have tried very much to loss weight, i cant!!.
Please help me loss weight till summer, i want to weight at least 45.

Your weight is only 121 pounds and depending on your actual height, you may not be overweight. Just because other girls are skinny, doesn't mean you were meant to be. Maybe you don't need to lose weight; it's possible that you simply need to tone your muscles.
At 15, you're body is still developing and you should not try to lose too much weight. Eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise is the best way to slim down.
Stop eating junk - candy, chips, etc, give up the sodas and drink water instead; opt for more veggies and lean meats and you should do fine.
First of all I had to change kilos into pounds. You say you weigh 55 kilos. That's 55 x 2.2 on the calculator. I get 121 ibs. That sounds just fine to me. You're still quite young. You're only 15 years old. You're still growing. You say you want to weigh at least 45. Do you mean 45 kilos ? 45 x 2.2 = 99 ibsl. Does that mean you want to lose 22 lbs by the summer? Losing big amounts of weight in a short time is dangerous, stellux. I'm sure you're already a healthy weight. It sounds to me like you don't need to lose any weight. Those other skinny girls aren't eating enough. Be the smart one. Eat in a healthy way, high protein and low carb, lots of fruits and vegetables. You should try and eat some protein at every meal. I am petite as well. Some people are also big boned and a lot of ones weight is hereditary. I'm a little overweight, so what ? I eat in a healthy way, I allow myself a little treat now and then. You're young and still growing. It sounds to me like you don't need to lose weight and certainly not 22 pounds by the summer. A healthy weight loss should only be about 2 pounds per week.
