lose weight

Hi, I wanna lose weight in my thighs, but what are the best exercise to lose it.

You can't "spot lose" weight, as in your thighs only.  As you lose weight, over all, your thighs will become thinner.  

As noted above, jumping rope is a good exercise.  Yoga will also help tone and elongate your legs, which will make your thighs look thinner.

Jumping rope burns calories without building bulk in the legs.
