Hey witingforit77.
Welcome to the forum.
Not a great idea. I agree with Barb.
It probably won't bring the desired results either, as your metabolism
goes to preservation mode, slowing down to a crawl, in response to the caloric restriction. This mechanism, existed since the stone age era.
Our ancestors were experiencing then, long periods of starvation, yet managed to survive, mainly because of this mechanism.
Best, reduce your carb intake, eat plenty of fresh vegetables and quality protein, introduce into your diet Extra Virgin Coconut Oil in place of other fats, as it boosts metabolism and does not store as fat!!!
As long as you remain active you will benefit tremendously from this alone.
Start with 2T daily for 2 weeks and build up to 4 in the following 2 weeks.
Spicy foods (hot peppers, mustard, ginger, etc.) induce thermogenesis.
Increase exercise gradually. Preferred activities are low impact and long duration. Weight training with light to medium weights is good also.
Try for as much as possible to stick with an alkaline diet. just do a search.
It helps with weight loss.
Also look into supplementing with UNDENATURED whey protein powder.
Make sure of the type, otherwise it won't work! Mix it in smoothies or juice
or yogurt but NO BLENDER-NO HEAT. It is very specific. 20gramsx3 daily
It keeps the JNK gene dormant, as it increases your Glutathione production
When the JNK gene is active, disease and weight (fat, not muscle) gain occur.
Avoid extremes and remember "Easy does it".
Wishing you good success!
Niko
I assume you are either a model or an actress? 548 calories is basically a starvation diet; I'd never recommend it.
