lost a pound a day so far but.....

i cant stay away from chocolate. I'm eating a lot more healthyjust chicken and fish and lettuce onions tomatoes apples and oranges and I'm drinking 3.75 liters of water a day but the cravings for chocolate keep growing and before I never used any kind of candy I am not sure how to curb these cravings all of the sudden and I'm trying to lose weight & I am worried that the candy we'll get in the way please help. Thank you  .

Try cocoa nibs from your local health food store. Cocoa nibs are cocoa beans chopped and roasted. The are versatile; you can eat them straight or put them in smoothies or trail mix. You can mash them to a powder and put them in baked goods. Unlike chocolate bars, cocoa nibs are in low calories, have no sugar, lots of antioxidants and 9 grams of fiber per ounce.

The chocolate cravings are your bodys last ditch effort trying to get you to go back on junk. Just try to eat a tiny piece of dark chocolate a day as a treat and slowly wean off of it. It takes more than a month to form new habits so think of it as your body needing more than a month to realize it doesnt need sugar.
