I just found out i was pregnant today. Ive gained 20lbs over the past few months. I want to loose sum of that 20lbs b4 i start gaining baby weight. Im 4weeks. Is there some type of diet i can go on r exercise i can go to loose some of the weight?

During pregnancy weight gain is common. Eating a healthy, balanced diet will help your baby get the nutrients he or she needs and grow at a healthy rate. You should not worry much about weight gain during this early phase of pregnancy. All you can do is drink plenty of water and avoid unhealthy foods like fried foods, pastries, butter etc.You may go for a walk every day. Eat more of fruits, leafy green vegetables. See a gynecologist and get a clinical examination done. She may provide you more information on your health and diet.
