need a more defined body

I work out 4 times a week. I run 5 miles a day even I work out and do 3
hours a week weight training or muscle conditioning.
I don't see any major definition in my arms or
legs. could this be because of my diet? I am a flexor
vegetarian,
but eat only turkey and fish?

Hi!
To build up muscle mass through exercise, you need to have the right combination of exercise. You appear to be doing a lot, but maybe you do not do it in the right proportion. Over-exercising will also not be beneficial. Also, you need to increase proteins in your diet. However, please join a gym and a dietician and get a diet and exercise plan suitable for your height, weight and body framework. Take care!
