normal or nah?

I'm 14 and 62kg my height 162 is that normal?
Im starting dieting since a week

please please dont let school friends facebook tv anything make you feel fat

dig down stare at that mirror find good to say everyday or positive what you can do

your only 14 your weight will go up and down all the time kids have very high Metabolism witch means you burn food faster

dont jump on board crazy diets

the best diet cut pop back to one a week or less

drink lots of water instead of pop fruity drinks anything but water

give yourself plenty of water

no premade food already made hamburger helper made from scratch
meals

make a habit of 3 meals a day and some healthy snacks in between less hunger also if you eat salads stop use spinach lettuce has no benefits vitamins nothing spinach is loaded and i learned you cant taste it i like baby spinach

try vitamins especially zinc and calcium zinc good for colds

set a bed time and stick to it

thats it no more radical than that just more healthy

and body mass charts are bull yes some people get health problems but hey i love myself 6.3 320 i learned to look the mirror and say im me im happy judge all you want

good luck it does get better talk anytime
