not so upset today!

by Got_To_Do_It, Feb 12, 2009 01:16AM
Well I lost a grand total of 0.2lb since yesterday which means in a week I have put on 1.8lbs

However I have just taken my measurements and I have actually lost 6" this week -  I am in shock!

So I am sure the weight increase is working with weights and is due to muscle growth.

1st Jan       12th feb

weight 186.8lbs       175.8lbs

Chest 42"       40.5"
waist 39"       35"
hips 43"       41"
bum 44"      42.5"
right thigh 23"      21.5"
right calf 15"      14.5"
left thigh 23"      22"
left calf 16"      12"

Total 245"     229"

So in 6 weeks I have lost 11lb and  16"

This is so cool to see, Great job.  Gives me a new way to look at things, rather than just the numbers on that scale......I made the mistake of not measuring myself when I Started so I really can't even go by measurements but I can tell in my jeans....I think I will go a head a measure and go from here.  Thanks
