Hello to EVERYONE!!!

Hi I writing this because I need a lot of HELP!  First of all, I weight about 215 lbs. and I have tried all the diet pills there is.  Okay now I've come to the conclusion that I don't need to put all of drugs in my body anymore so that's why I'm hoping that I get some advice from some of you.  Okay about 2 years ago I tried the Phen. and the B12 thing and lost lots of weight but as soon as I got off of that the weight came right back I was weighing 226 and got down to 180.  Now I've been trying to eat right and do my exercises for the last month and I can't seem to loose no weight it's like I'm stuck. I've also tried to eat just Lean Cuisine's and that hasn't worked either.  So I'm asking some of you for some inexpensive advice on some foods that i should try or maybe a good cleanse that doesn't cost a lot.  And yes I do drink water like crazy, no soda's! And if anyone know of any good vitamins that I can take please let me know!  Thanx to all because I need all the advice that I can get!  IT'S WELL APPRECIATED!!

I paid $700 for my weight loss program here in my town.  Of coure they provide my vitamins and I have a nutrinist i see 2x a week but the general idea of what I paid for is this:

1000-1200 cals a day...no more no less
of these calories you need to get this
2 meats
3 fruits
3 veggies
3 startch
3 dairy

1 meat is aprox 3 0z and about 130 cals
a fruit is 60 cals (1/2 of a banana is counted as 1 friut and should only be eaten 1x a week)
a veggie is anywhere from 30-50 cals and some such as lettuce have no cals.  Ex:1 cup green beans is 30 cals and ='s 1 veggie
a starch is 50 cals
a dairy is aprox 100 cals

only eat red meat 1x a week and 3 ox max
corn and english peas are NOT veggies they are full of starch and should not be eaten while trying to lose weight
work out at least 3x  per week...make sure you are doing some mucle work and atleast 30 mins cardio
And yes...lots of water...and limit salt...good luck.

Hello nakia.  It sounds to me that you need to make a doctor visit to get all of your hormone levels in check.  Sometimes if there is a problem with hormones- like they are off balance, ect.  that can definitely affect your wieght.

Also, if you'd like a good clense:  For three mornings in a row just have a cup of water with half a lemon squeezed into it.  This is a good clense.  if you can go the whole first day or even two days (if your not diabetic or hypoglycemic) just drinking the lemon water then you would get the best result for a clense.
After this, no matter what youv'e heard, try just having fruit for breakfast every morning-as much as you'd like.  You will get hungry soon after probably, but your body will start to adjust after about a week and you'll notice how much energy you begin to have, plus it's nice on the tummy.
Last thing:  get into the habit of not eating 2 to 3 hours before you climb into bed.  If you can only do 1/2 hour or 1 hour to begin with, thats ok.  Just make sure you get into the habit- If it take a month of developing the 1/2 or 1 hour habit first, that's fine  Just develop the habit as long as it takes, and yes it will become very natural to you.

1.  Try this detox-kit it eliminates toxins, stimulates cleaning processes, stimulates the nonspecific immune system.  Along with that try 2. yes I have lost 10 lbs and my body fat has gone from 26.1% to 23% i have also lost 8 1/2 inches and that was in one month...and that is with no bullcrap dieting...just eating healthy no pills or anything.  I have been stuck lately due to some hormone problems and a stomach virus...Yuck!  Anyways have you tried it yet?  Have you had any luck.  Yeah your hormones can mess you up.  I have low progestrone which causes my matabilism to be low and it is getting worse and driving me crazy.  My doc is going to put me on some progestrone next month.

Please don't give up. Well give up the pills and the fad diets. Detox are not good either. Please google the Zig Zag diet and you should come up with an example diet which you should be able to plug in your numbers. I hate when a diet tell everyone to restrict calories to 1000-1200 calories. You need to figure out your specifics. The zig zag is nothing more than eating for what your daily activity levels will be. NO special foods, pills etc. You'll figure out a weekly caloric need, subtract 3500 calories from that total, then split the rest of the calories over the week, then figure out what kind of foods per meal for example, how much fat carbs and protein you'll need per meal. On this food intake modification you should safely lose 1-2 pounds per week, all while changing your eating habits for good, in essense making the weight loss safe, and better yet permanent, NO more yo-yo diets. Good luck and please post your results. If i can be any more help let me know.

Incoporate fibre and get used to drinking lots of green tea. I have seen tremendous results with just these two alone.

How can someone survive on 1000 calories a day?? It's insane you need to eat in order to lose weight , just eat the right things....exercise....increased lean body mass leads to body fat loss...keep up these dumb 1000 calorie diets and you'll lose muscle and just be a thin person with lots of body fat! Each person needs to figure out what they need for calories on an individual basis...kind of like medication....would you give the same generic dose of meds to a person who is 110 lbs as the person that is 200lbs?
