If you implement a healthy and nutritionally balanced diet and moderate exercise, your face should fill back out and return to normal.

As I lost weight naturally, my face looked sunken in and "haggard" was the word people used.  However, as I held steady for a little while and continued to eat nutritionally and exercise, it has filled back in and looks normal.

Hope this helps ..
