so unhappy

Mothers. What did you do to lose weight? I'm 5'6 and 220 lbs.
Before pregnancy I was 190-195lbs.
Before I gave birth I was 240lbs
My tummy is now all saggy and gross and I'm super unhappy with my body.
What did you guys do to lose weight? Besides eating healthy and exercising ?
Because last time I lost weight I was barley eating and I know that isn't the right way to do it. Plus I wanna lose the sagginess...

(I know this has nothing to do with pregnancy)

I gained 70 lbs. with my pregnancy. What did I do once the doctor gave me the ok? Adapted a low carb style of eating. And worked out like a fiend. I didn't even join a gym. I used to run/walk twice a day (morning and night) then eventually yoga and Pilates mixed in. In took me a year and a half to really get my metabolism going and fat burning to kick in. I did it the healthy way. You can do it. Just relax about it.

A few good tips from a women and a busy mom:
Any exercise is better than no exercise. Aim to do something everyday. Try to incorporate your kids if you can't get some time by yourself. At home workout videos are awesome and kids young or old may want to join in.
Make little changes in your diet until all that sugary crap you crave is obsolete. I broke up with sugar 8 months ago and I don't miss it. (Even drink my coffee black)
Drink lots of water I usually aim between 64-80oz a day. Especially with exercise. You may urinate more frequent but that's a good thing.
Just remember we need to eat to live, not live to eat. Don't obsess about food what you can and cannot have. Eat things from the earth I follow a 75/25 rule. 75 fruits and veggies lean proteins and if I feel like it the other 25 can be whatever I want. Though I've knocked out those crappy cravings and don't miss them. So I eat pretty clean.
You can do it set a reasonable goal, eat clean and get active!

You need to make your mind up and do it! Diet and exercise!!!
As for the sagging skin only surgery can help. You could also wear Shapewear google it.
Before doing anything get the OK from your doctor!!!!

The Peak 8 routine it will quickly raise your heart rate 8 times for very short bursts, with a cooling down period in between. Ideally you’ll be sprinting or cycling full throttle for 30 seconds with a 90 second cool down in between each outburst.

This is the fastest way to lose fat and build muscle in the body. Peak 8 actually stimulates the growth hormone in the body. I encourage you to visit Dr Mercola’s site to learn more about Peak 8 fitness because I personally feel that it is one of the best ways to exercise, especially considering the speed at which you can lose fat and build muscle.

I highly recommend you read this article and watch the videos on the page. It will give you all the information you need to know about Peak 8 – Flood Your Body With This “Youth Hormone” In Just 20 Minutes

What you eat after Peak 8 training does matter

It’s recommended that you do not eat sugar or carbohydrate for 2 hours after the Peak 8 exercise because these foods can impact the release of the growth hormone in the body. The links are http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zy7j9FRiJpg&list=PL9FxWnfq1Oyo9pHHUPHeQne4iqoZ4zTN_

To Figure your heart rate, subtract your age from 226 (for woman) the resulting number is your maximum heart rate you want to try and get your heart rate between 50% and 80% of your max.

You burn 30 percent more fat from doing cardio after a weights session as opposed to cardio on its own.
