updating diet diary

Am I correct in thinking I need to update my weight on my diet diary whenever I weigh?
Gives me a few more calories, if I decide I need to eat them.

If you are using the MedHelp app My Diet Diary, then it would be best to update your weight whenever you weigh to get the best results. Or alternatively, you could buy one of the devices like Withings scale to have that information synched automatically into your app/tracker (http://www.medhelp.org/land/withings-scale).

My Diet Diary app gives you a guidance on how many approximate calories to eat to get the desired result, but don't worry about being too stringent all of the time. Take them if you need them. Just eat less sugar, eat more real food, and cut out some of the worst foods (soda, low-fat foods as they have exceedingly more sugar in general, chips, etc)

Hi!
Yes, you can update your weight on your diet diary. Then if you lose or gain weight, you can look back and see what changes you made in your diet. To fall back on the diet diary, you need to keep your exercise level same every day. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history.
