It can depend on what you ate, when you ate, whether or not you had gone to the bathroom, how much liquid you drank, etc.
I can see where the epididymitis might have caused you to lose weight; that's common with infections.
To put your mind at rest, you could have your blood sugar tested to make sure you aren't diabetic and at the same time, have your thyroid checked to make sure you don't have hyperthyroidism. I don't think that 0.4 kilo loss would indicate either of these conditions, though.
I will search help yes. I planned that.
But my concern is exactly the weight I lost.
I think I lost about 6 kilos in 6 months.
Let me address it.
I got the worries once somebody got cancer.
I got some symptoms like losing weight and I checked blood and made ultrasound of abdomen and had colonoscopy and gastroscopy
All came normal except a mild fatty liver.
I stopped alcohol for 3 months and I lost more weight. Never got those kilos back.
Now 2 months ago I got epididymitis and before I had any worries I lost another 1 kilo and then my worries started again .
I lost another kilo but I got it back last 2 weeks because I started sleeping better.
But now I am doing very well and not that worry anymore.
So I am trying to eat more calories a day
Specially yesterday I did eat so much and did drink alcohol and this morning I was about a kilo less than yesterday. Very strange.
Yesterday I was 75 before the breakfast and today even after breakfast and some food I am 74,6. How can this come, I really did eat much more and drink even alcohol
I think we addressed this in another thread. Losing a few ounces over a days time is not a big concern.
Anxiety often causes us to eat less, and of course, alcohol is basically empty calories, so if you cut back on it, you could lose weight.
It seems that you may be overly concerned about your weight. If I remember correctly, you mentioned that you suffer from hypochondria - you really do need to get some help with that.
