Set a time for when you have to eat. Take carby or sugary(healthy sugar) foods with you everywhere, and say every 40 to 30 minutes make yourself eat as much as you can.
If your looking for muscle then protein like nuts and jerky or a protein bar. Though with that you must actually work out.
Please remember to weight yourself weekly as you might end up overweight and when your goal weight is reached stop binging and eat a high carb and protein diet to keep your weight stable
