hi all,

since we are all trying to lose weight here and figuring out the best method possible - for example I am using redusyn and have been successful with it so far - i thought it would be very nice to know how other people are doing in their own weight loss programs. maybe this will also help us exchange information and adopt to other programs that we didn't know or thought were uncompromising!

So, for me, I have been using Redusyn now for 12 days and have lost 9.5 pounds. My course if for a month - 30 days! I haven't had side effects so far!

Of course you may ask how much I have already lost. I have lost 6lbs since I started the redusyn cure! I think this is great and my clothes aren't that tight anymore! And I haven't noticed any side effects so far!

Wow guys I am so happy for you. I am getting really desperate for my pills to come in, because the day they do come-in is the day I start. I just hope it comes in next week. So then I still have 2weeks before I come home, and to have lost a considerable of weight, my parents will be happy.

BritF- if you don't mind my asking how much have you lost since you 2weeks into taking the pills? I really hope its working for you.

I am glad that you are also doing great with redusyn. I haven't noticed any side effects either which is very important I think. Otherwise I would have stopped to take the pills at once. What do you usually eat a day? Do you eat less than you used to eat before? I think I do-especially in the evening. Most of the time I just eat a piece of fruit for dinner.

in terms of side effects i have had none so far. the usual jitters that come with age like slowness and bone aches is according to my physician due to being overweight and age catching up! however, on the recommendation of some running and step-ups i have been feeling much better. besides the weight loss is taking less of a stress on my knee too (climbing the stairs is much better now and i can think of it as an exercise mode). i must say it has changed my outlook about weight loss quite a bit and i am happy!

to tell you more about it all - i have been having the pills in the mornings and through the rest of the day i had also been taking extra care to keep away from chocolates and other fatty and junk foods! besides, i have tried really hard to put in some amount of exercises - like running on the treadmill in the gym and step ups - about 2 or 3 times a week!

i think it has managed to keep my heart flowing too, as it is difficult to keep things in order with your body when you are so overweight!

hi all, i am so sorry that i haven't been able to keep you all updated with the events after taking the pill. i have been terribly busy considering it is a income-tax filing time and i work in such an office. besides that i have been very happy with the way things have worked out with Redusyn. as a figure i have lost 24.5 pounds and i have just finished my course which is 4 weeks! so i feel good - now i am wondering about my next step - which i shall do after i consult my physician soon!

do you mean redusyn? I ordered the pills in the internet. There are several pages where you may buy them. I don't think that I am allowed to post any links here-but just google the product and I am sure that you will find it! I got my pills yesterday and I am going to start toda. Hopefully I will finally be able to lose weight!

How long did it take until you got redusyn? I haven't received the package yet but I can't wait to start. I used to be quite doubtful about diet pills but I think that redusyn is not just a fake. Hopefully I will be able to start to soon! So how are you, longlife501?

Writing a diary is a great idea. I have never thought about something like this before. I ordered redusyn last night and hopefully you will join you in this diary soon! Are you losing weight every day? Have you experienced any side effects so far? How much do you want to lose?

so the 13th day it is and i still feel normal! ;-) well, couldnot have changed much in a day from yesterday huh!

anyways, i am posting this as the usual day of diary keeping! i have had some back problems lately but i don't think it has stemmed from my taking the diet pill, but sitting awkwardly in front of my laptop at work. i have checked with my doctor and it all seems fine!

my weight is still 9.5 pounds loss and hoping for to go away!
