I will advise you to lose weight in a healthy way. Drugs used to treat obesity have a lot of side effects. Over the counter weight loss medicines are indicated only if you are suffering from morbid obesity. Only if the hazards of being morbidly obese outweigh the hazards of taking the drug then these drugs are started after consulting a doctor. If you want to lose weight, eat lots of fruits and non-starchy green veggies, go slow on fats, eat carbohydrates in moderation and increase your protein intake. Satisfy your hunger cravings by eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Exercise daily to have a toned body. Drink plenty of water every day. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
