hi..m 32 yrs of age ..mother to 2..( 4.5 and 2yrs)
my weight is 75kgs....would like to have a weightloss program tht can fit in my schedule..with kids...

Hi!
Since you lead a busy life, then walk to work, or to bus stand etc, climb stairs instead of using lifts, walk while talking on cell phone, or briskly walk to any place you are going to.
You can play around with your children using a ball or simply running around. This uses up a lot of energy. You can eat small frequent small and healthy meals. See how you can change your lifestyle to incorporate exercise. Hope this helps. Take care!
