weight loss
i am 20 years old with a weight of 61kg and i am 5ft7inch tall. want to know if i need to lose more weight or i should maintain my current weight

Hi!
Given your height and weight, your BMI is 21. This falls in the range of normal weight. So, there is no need o lose weight further. Maintain this weight. However, if you feel the need to tone up your body, include some stretches and strengthening exercises. Take care!
