what else does my body need

I was wondering What am I doing wrong or What else does my body need to lose the weight so I can reach my goal weight? Could someone please look at my trackers and give me some advice?

I been drinking vitamin water because it has 0 calories and falvorful because i hate drinking regular water

Barb mentioned your fats were too high -  well here is guidlines for you:

ideally - your diet should be:

45-65% Carb
10-35% Protein
20-35% fat (max)

yours currently shows up as;

42% carbs
18% protein
41% fat

I notice your B12 vitamin and your sodium are really high while your calories are really low.... you need to decrease your salt intake because salt makes your body retain fluid and hinders your weight loss.... not sure what you are eating that is high in vitamin B12 but you may want to find out... too much B12 can cause anxiety and panic attacks.

Even if you are exercising hard-  dont let your calories consistently drop below 1600... this is the basic fuel needed for the average body before starvation mode icks in and your metabolism slows down...... prolonged starvation mode will result in weight loss but it will be muscle weight not fat weight...

Thank you for the advice i have set some new goals for myslef so i hope it works. you what it would be eaiser to buy healthy food if it wasnt so expensive but i am trying to get back to eating healthy and excersising more so i can be at my healthiest low weight for me and feel good about myself again

What blood tests did you have done?  Blood tests won't show actual "saturated fat" levels.  They will show cholesterol, triglyceride levels, etc.  You are quite young, so I'm not surprised that your levels would be low.  It's when you start getting older that it begins telling on you.  

Your body needs "healthy fats", such as those found in avocados, olive oil, nuts, seeds, etc.  However, the saturated fats in some meats is not good for you.  I also noticed that you were eating quite a bit of "processed" meat, such as sausage, etc -- things like sausage, ham, bacon have a lot of extra salt that's also not good for you and could make you retain fluid.  It also often just goes to fat in the body - not necessarily in blood levels, but adds fat to the entire body.  

Try sticking with fresh, lean meats, such as chicken, turkey (white meat), fish, lean beef, lean pork.  Remember that a serving of meat is about 3 oz (about the size of a deck of cards).  

A good rule of thumb:  The closer your food is to raw, the better.  Try shopping, mostly, the outside perimeter of your grocery store; that's where the "good stuff" usually is - produce, meats, dairy, etc.  The closer to the center of the store you get, the more processed the foods.  If you can't do fresh, frozen is next best, with canned coming in last.

I try to get in at least 20min or more walk a day but been kinda hard with the rain. that funny you say the saturated fat thing because i have always thought the same but when i had my blood work done on may 12 all my levels were low and my saturated fat level was very low maybe i shouldnt of started in the middle of the week i am going really try re starting tomrrow sunday the beging of the week my goal is going to be to excersise at least 45-60min a day for 6 days saturday will be my day off and try to eat the right kinds of foods like more vegtables and fruit but my stomach has a hard time agreeing with most vegtables

I just took a quick glance at your food diary for a few days; the main thing I see, right off hand, is that you are consuming too much saturated fat and not nearly enough fruits and veggies or lean meat.  Some days, you aren't getting enough calories, but the ones you are getting are not the type you need.  

I'm sorry, I didn't have a chance to check your exercise tracker.  Can you give me a quick run-down of the exercise you get?
