The best way to find out is get your body fat % checked, some gym's will do this for you. They will also tell you how much fat you need to looses and do it that way. When I started I wanted to loose 40-50 pounds well when I reached those levels I needed to looses more. So I started to go more by fat%. I have not reached my goals yet but I am still trying. Life has happened :)

To loose body fat weight training and cardio are key.

Good luck :)

I found out that it really doesn't matter what your weight 'should be' rather if you are focused on eating "HEART HEALTHY" your weight will shed and you feel great about yourself, honey where do you shop there are cute clothes for all shapes and sizes...never shop alone or with a realitive.... you will be fine focus and enjoy being a mom, play with your baby every minute you can and believe it or not you will get the exercise you need to drop those baby pounds...... and don't be too hard on yourself HELLO it took 9 months to gain the weight it will take at least that or double to drop it, and you will, just eat for your heart and play, play, play with that beautiful new baby of yours!! NO SODA OR FAST FOODS!!! (if you wouldn't give it to your baby right now, don't give it to yourself either)

i do so agree with naye. however, some of us need a little more help to get started and then we will automatically realize that we start to make good food choices in our lives when we get that little push. check the www.jumpontheskinny.com or call me at 2103808555. i know this will help, however, it may not be for you, but it was for me.
