Yep, I sometimes weigh 1-2 pounds more (!) at the end of the day than in the morning, so I always go with the morning weight. = ) I do weigh myself daily, but I only "count" it once a week, Sunday or Monday. Then I update my tracker.
Thank you for responding to my question. I will start doing that now. I find that if I have gained a pound or two I get really discouraged and I just want to throw the scale out the window but I know that my weight will fluctuate during the course of the week. Thanks again.
you are only supposed to weigh yourself once a week at the same time, i always weigh myself on a monday morning before work, but i do weigh myself more than once during the week only to make sure something is happening
