I think you should really do your research before taking it. Drugs sold on the internet can be real scary and you really don't know the effects it will have later on with fertility.
But I will say this: When I was pregnant (aged 24 and already obese prior to pregnancy) I asked my doctor why I had trouble eating any food that was fatty or too sugary/ carby. I wasn't just eating veggies and fruit but I started eating soft foods like eggs on toast in and rice with vegetables, fish (which I NEVER ate before) maybe a potato and lots of beans. But all of my old favorites like beef burrito started to turn me off, I ordered one and had to take the beef out and just ate beans rice and veggies, even the cheese was bothering me.
I ended up giving up all of my favorites: chocolate, cheese, pastries, cookies, cakes, fatty meats, etc.
As a result I lost 20 lbs in my first trimester (with zero excercise)! This was not my intention and in fact I was alarmed and mentioned it to my doctor. He said that it was ok because I was already overweight and as long as I was eating healthy full meals (which I was) that I was fine. When I asked him why this was happening he said it was because of the high levels of HCG hormone. When I asked why other pregnant women GAINED weight. He said that my levels where higher than normal. So then, during my 2cd and third trimesters weight loss stopped and the normal weight gain of the baby and blood volume occured.
Well, low and behold I was the EXACT same weight before delivery as I was before I conceived! I gained the 20 lbs back in baby volume. When I gave birth I was slightly lighter and during breastfeeding lost more. However, I ended up gaining weight after the baby was born because I had a c-section and then an illness that caused me to be bedridden for a while.
But I often wonder..... If I didn't have the pregnancy to be concerned with low calorie diet and strenous excercise, how I would do with the hormone and a really good excercise program and Organic food (non-biogenetically engineered).
Most obese people understand, its not about changing your "habits" its about changing your "cravings". Then the new habit can be established. It is not willpower, it is biochemical. Those on shows like biggest loser show superhuman amounts of will power in order to fight the overwhelming natural instict to eat certain foods.
Good luck, and like I said, please let me know where you got the HCG.
